This delicious Vietnamese Coffee we discovered through working with our friends over at Pho Lang Thang (the best Vietnamese restaurant in Cincinnati). We never planned on selling coffee here at Wendigo Tea, but there is something so truly ferocious about this bag of Saigon Phin Daklak that I had to share it with with you. It is a richly aromatic and unusually powerful brew, yet it has a level of complexity that I find rare in coffee.
